Persistence Pays Off in Charles County, Maryland September 17, 2024

When someone feels unsure or uncomfortable about doing business they aren’t familiar with — we go the extra mile, literally!

Look at the smile on this claimant's face. We had only met two hours before this picture was taken. I made this trip because she was scared -- of not knowing how what I was telling her could be true. My claimant's are important to me.

Just this week, I flew from Oklahoma to Virginia to visit three claimants in Maryland. One of those claimants joined me right at the source because the government agency was illegally holding her funds. I wanted her to get them back. And guess what? Within 30 days, she’ll have a check in her hands for $240,644.00!

Why is it so hard for regular citizens to get this money back? The truth is, the government agencies holding these funds draw massive interest, and they don’t want that money to go away. They make the retrieval process so complicated that most people give up. After experiencing loss, no one wants to relive that pain by battling the system. That’s where we come in.

At the same time, I visited a claimant at NIH who, like many others, thought I might be out to scam her. But thanks to a security guard who verified my credentials, she agreed to hear me out. I totally understand why people are cautious. In 2008, my husband and I lost over $400K that belonged to us, held by the government. But no one stepped in to help us, and we lost it all.

The lengths these agencies go to avoid paying out are astonishing. The law says they must notify claimants, but often that notification goes to an old address — just enough to claim they’ve done their duty. Crooked? You bet it is. But they’ll play the ignorance card to keep what doesn’t belong to them.

If you’ve experienced a loss and heard from us, don’t lose out again! You’ve already been through enough, and by letting them keep what’s rightfully yours, you’re giving up. We’re here to help.

I will fly across the country to meet a potential claimant if it makes them feel more comfortable with our service. Because these people are worth it, and we’re THAT good!

Reach out to us — I might have already gone the extra mile to reach you. All I ask is that you listen.
